I have been volunteering with the Urban Land Institute's Silicon Valley group, helping to coordinate events related to local urban planning real estate development topics. Last month, I helped organize a tour of the Packard Foundation's new headquarters, a LEED-Platinum building in downtown Los Altos with an enviable array of green features.
