Take Your Senses for a Spin June 7 & 8!
Come to the Los Altos Village Green on State Street between 1st and 2nd St. Bring your skateboards, roller skates, spinning toys, your body and your sense of fun. Community Science Center Helix is teaming up with Skate Works and Momentum Cycling Studio among other local partners to offer this free summer festival around the theme of SPIN. Skateboarding clinics, spin classes, spinning toy design lab, skateboard art, fiber spinning, a rollerskating party, and more will energize your body and enliven your mind!

- Spin Class with Momentum Cycling Studio 12:30pm
- 360º Spinoff Contest with Skate Works 1:30pm

- Printmaking workshop with artist Luis Marroquin 3:00pm-4:00pm
- Skate Works Team Demo, signing afterward 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Our evening events include a reception for artist Luis Marroquin, a Roller Skating Party with music by Beatsnrice, and a Spin-related Film Series curated by the Exploratorium Cinema Arts Program 6:00pm – 8:00pm
